Are you always the one who’s managing the money in the kitty? Then we are looking for you.

You love it when the numbers are right and you hate loose ends. We are looking for a financial administrator who keeps our (ever-increasing) financial matters on point.

FULL-TIME · GRONINGEN

What will you do?
You will enter the building, get a great cup of coffee, find a nice spot and start balancing the books of one of the Ltd.’s or the Ld., our branch in Belgium. You make sure that the administration is right as pie, that debtors pay up and creditors are paid. How? That is mostly up to you. Our processes are well designed of course, but you will get a lot of freedom and responsibility to optimise these further with your finance colleagues. You won’t get any help of your boss or manager, because we don’t have any. We are completely self-managing.

In the end you will be responsible for doing the whole financial administration of one of our companies. Also we’d love it if you’d concern yourself with the invoicing, VAT issues, WKR and R&D tax credit. You will also learn all the ins and outs of accounting program Twinfield and debtor management system Payt.

You have the opportunity to develop yourself to the fullest by gaining fiscal knowledge about a new country in which we want to open business, or by delving into potential new automation systems. For this development you’ll get plenty of time and study budget.

Our wishes
You have at least three years of experience in a position as allround administrator, preferably at multiple commercial companies. An enterprise that is organised in a group or multiple Ltd.’s does not make you nervous at all. 

Also:

  • you’re a bit of a control freak
  • you’re not afraid to make your own decisions
  • you have good command of the Dutch language in speaking and writing
  • it would be nice if you’re good at English and German too
  • you’re able to switch effortlessly between different administrations
  • it would be nice if you have experience with Twinfield and Payt
